Love is love!  The love between two men or two woman is no less or greater than the love between a man and woman.  Who you love is your choice and this t-shirt is all about expressing that type of equality.  Your heart, your choice.  The passing of Proposition 8 in 2008 meant that same sex marriages were no longer recognized by the state.  Thankfully the decision was overturned in 2013 which is why it is so important to spread awareness and support for marriage equality-- everybody has the right to love who they love.
