How fast can you turn around a rush order?
Standard production is 7–10 business days from proof approval. If you have a specific deadline, tell us in your quote request and we’ll confirm before you commit. We don’t guarantee rush timelines we can’t hit.
Do we need to provide our school logo in a specific format?
Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF), but it’s not required to get a quote. Send us what you have and we’ll tell you what prep is needed. Basic art prep is included at no charge for straightforward designs.
Can we place multiple orders through the year?
Yes. Many schools place seasonal orders — fall athletics, spirit week, end of year. We keep your artwork on file so repeat orders go faster.
Can we pick up in person?
Yes — our studio is in Santa Ana, CA. Local schools and organizations are welcome to pick up and inspect the run before taking delivery.
Do you work with booster clubs and parent organizations?
Yes. Booster clubs and parent orgs are a large part of our school work. We’re used to working with volunteer coordinators and group purchasing processes.
