Pricing
We don’t publish a single price sheet because the variables — garment choice, print method, color count, quantity, and number of print locations — create too many combinations. What we can give you is a clear framework and a real quote within 24 hours.
What Drives the Price
- Quantity — the single biggest factor. More units means lower cost per piece. Most of the price drop happens between 50 and 144 units.
- Garment — a Next Level tee and an AS Colour tee print identically but cost differently. We’ll recommend the right blank for your budget and use case.
- Print method — screen printing, embroidery, and DTF each have different cost structures. Screen printing has setup costs but low per-piece cost at volume. Embroidery is quoted by stitch count.
- Color count — for screen printing, each color is a separate screen with a setup cost. 1-color prints are the most economical. DTF has no per-color cost.
- Print locations — front chest, full back, sleeve — each location is a separate setup.
Starting Point Estimates
- Basic tee, 1-color screen print, 50 units: ~$8–$12 per piece
- Basic tee, 1-color screen print, 144 units: ~$6–$9 per piece
- Hoodie, 1-color screen print, 50 units: ~$18–$26 per piece depending on blank
- Embroidered polo, left chest logo, 50 units: ~$4–$8 over blank cost depending on stitch count
- Embroidered hat, 50 units: ~$5–$9 over blank cost
- DTF print, 50 units: ~$3–$6 per print location depending on size and complexity
These are starting points. Your actual quote depends on your specific garment, design, and quantity. The fastest way to a real number is to submit your project.
Setup Fees
Screen printing has a one-time screen fee per color per location, typically $20–$35 per screen. This is a fixed cost spread across your run — it has less impact the larger your order. Embroidery has a one-time digitizing fee for new artwork, typically $25–$50 depending on complexity. DTF has no setup fee.
Shipping
Shipping is quoted at checkout based on order weight and destination. Local pickup from our Santa Ana studio is available at no charge and lets you inspect the run before taking delivery.
