How It Works

  1. Tell us about your project.
    Share your quantity, garment preference, print method (screen print, embroidery, DTF), number of colors, and your deadline. Artwork isn’t required to get a quote — a rough description works.
  2. We send recommendations and pricing.
    Within 24 hours, we’ll reply with garment options, a price breakdown, and a production timeline. If your artwork needs adjustments, we’ll flag it before anything moves forward.
  3. We print, you receive.
    Standard production runs 7–10 business days from proof approval. We ship or you can pick up at our Santa Ana studio to inspect the run in person.

Services

  • Screen Printing — ideal for bulk runs (50+). Sharp, durable, cost-efficient at quantity. Best for solid-color designs.
  • Embroidery — premium finish for polos, hats, jackets, and staff uniforms. No minimum color surcharges.
  • DTF (Direct to Film) — photographic detail and full-color gradients on virtually any fabric. Great for small runs and complex designs.
  • Branded Apparel Programs — recurring production relationships for organizations that need consistent supply through the year.

We work with a wide range of blanks — T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, hats and caps, polos, and more. If you have a specific garment in mind, we can work with customer-supplied goods.

Pricing

Our minimum is 50 pieces. Below that threshold, screen printing setup costs don’t work for the buyer at a fair per-piece price.

At 50 pieces and above, pricing scales with quantity. General starting points:

  • Basic tee, single-color print: Starting around $8–$12 per piece at 50 units
  • Multi-color prints: Each additional color adds setup cost spread across the run
  • Hoodies and heavier garments: Quoted based on blank and print specs
  • Embroidery: Quoted by stitch count and garment type
