Terms of service

By ordering from us, you agree to a few things:

  • Designs: These are your designs. You represent to us that you own the rights or that they’re in the public domain. You give us permission to print them for your exclusive benefit.

  • No Mickey Mouse: Seriously, don’t ask. We will not print copyrighted characters, logos, or anything else we don’t have the legal right to. We love Disney, but we also love not being sued.

  • Onboarding Timeline: Your initial order takes about three weeks while we gather inventory and nail down artwork. After that, production time is usually two business days (if stock is available). Sometimes your specific product/color/size combo might be out of stock. If that happens, we’ll let you know and you can either pick a similar garment or wait for a restock.

  • When Things Go Wrong: If we make a printing mistake, send you the wrong thing, or your shipment never gets scanned by a carrier, we’ll reprint at no charge. If a package is lost in transit, stolen from your porch, or you want to exchange sizes, that’s on you. If saleable returns make their way back to us, we’ll happily resell them and charge a modest processing fee.

  • Access to Your Point of Sale: We can process bulk orders anytime, but we need about two weeks to integrate with your online shop (Shopify, WooCommerce, Instagram, etc.). We prefer limited access—just enough to pass through tracking info and keep things moving.
